Breakfast idea | Banana Crepes



As far as I remember , I've always loved crepes. The taste of the fresh crepes, the smell of them.. I totally love it! Recently, I was checking out some new recipes for healthy meals. And I found this one by Blogilates, which is amazing for crepe lovers who wanna eat healthy as well.

You will need                                    
  • 1 egg                                       
  • 1 banana                                 
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Step One: Mix the oats and cinnamon  together and blend into a fine powder in a blender. 

Step Two: Add banana, egg and milk and blend it all together. 

Step Three: Heat a pan (low-medium heat) and pour around a landle full of mixture into the pan.

Step Four: After a couple of minutes you see mini bubbles forming on a top, that is time to flip the crepe.

Step Five: Fill up your crepes with either fresh fruits or Nutella.
